Mark has 20 years’ experience in digital advertising, working for some of the top U.K. companies and leading commercial teams at Sky TV and DMG. Skilled in the innovative use and application of digital technologies within modern media and advertising challenges across both desktop and mobile. Mark is an experienced negotiator in bringing together new technologies with traditional advertising and identifying valuable opportunities to be exploited.
Mark has held executive positions within the startup sector with both Claria and Drawbridge, being the first employee on the ground for these Silicon Valley ventures as their EMEA M.D. More importantly, Mark has held senior commercial positions with influence marketing platforms Influencer and Takumi.
As one of the very first bloggers in 2006, Tess has a great deal of experience in social media. She has run blogs in multiple markets and has collaborated with some of the biggest brands in the space. Tess' expertise and experience has made her well respected in the industry and an influencer of influencers. She is the creator of the successful campaign #MINDFLUENCING, where she, in 2019, collaborated with Instagram to educate followers and influencers in best practices and how to make a positive social impact on the platform. Tess regularly attends panels and podcasts as a social media expert, with an aim to define and de-mystify the influencer sphere. On her own popular Instagram account, she focuses on sustainability and mindful influencing.
Alex is an experienced Commercial Director who has worked at some of the biggest and best media companies in the UK over the last 15 years. He was part of the launch team for Shortlist & Stylist where he developed an appetite for bringing new brands to market, growing revenue from £0 to £26m pa. Most recently he has completed successful projects for Men’s Health at Hearst, The Hook and helped the recently launched ‘Book of Man’ establish their proposition within the major clients and media agencies. Alex is endlessly positive and authentic in what he does.
Paul has 30 years’ experience in tech’ sales and product development. Having designed and resold EPOS solutions during the 90s and 00s, he has subsequently worked as a consultant on several projects for a variety of companies. Pauls recent successes include the design and development of a vehicle telematics solution for UK emergency services.
Importantly Paul has a keen interest in all forms of social media, and a particular interest how it is used by organisations to sway and change opinions. He has set up and maintained several social media accounts for a broad range of organisations and has worked with political lobbying and public policy companies, on various social media platforms.
